- Export functionality for scripture collections
- Multiple Bible version access (KJV, NIV, MEV)
3. Subscription Terms
Premium Subscription ($2.99/month):
- Includes 14-day free trial for new subscribers
- Automatically renews monthly unless cancelled
- Payment charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Account charged for renewal within 24 hours of current period ending
- Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in Apple ID Account Settings
- No cancellation allowed during active subscription period
- Unused trial period forfeited when purchasing subscription
4. AI and Speech Recognition Limitations
Important Accuracy Disclaimers:
- AI scripture recognition may not be 100% accurate
- Speech recognition depends on audio quality, accent, and speaking clarity
- The app may occasionally misidentify or miss scripture references
- Users should verify all scripture references independently
- Background noise and multiple speakers may affect accuracy
- AI processing requires internet connection for optimal performance
5. Bible Content and Religious Disclaimers
Biblical Text and Interpretation:
- Bible translations included are provided for convenience and study
- We do not claim ownership of biblical texts
- Different Bible versions may contain variations in translation
- The app is a tool for study; consult religious authorities for official interpretation
- We respect all denominations and interpretations of biblical texts

- OpenAI API: For identifying scripture references in speech
- Apple Text-to-Speech: For reading verses aloud
Service availability and accuracy depend on these third-party providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to these services.
9. Intellectual Property
App and Original Content:

- Bible texts are in public domain or used with permission
- AI recognition algorithms and app functionality are proprietary
- Your personal notes and annotations remain your intellectual property
10. Export and Data Portability
The app provides data export features allowing you to:
- Export scripture collections in text and CSV formats
- Backup your personal notes and session history
- Transfer data for personal use and study
Exported data use: You may use exported data for personal study but must respect copyright laws when sharing or redistributing content.
11. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
Ear to Hear is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for:
- Accuracy of AI scripture recognition
- Speech recognition errors or missed references
- Service interruptions or technical difficulties
- Third-party service availability
- Loss of data due to device issues
- Spiritual or religious consequences of app usage
12. Appropriate Use Guidelines
Respectful Usage:
