Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MimixMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Important: MimixMe is an AI voice cloning application intended for entertainment purposes only. Misuse of this technology can violate laws and harm others. You are responsible for how you use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MimixMe, developed by BoykinGameDev ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
MimixMe is an AI-powered voice cloning application that allows users to:
- Record or upload short voice samples (reference audio)
- Create voice profiles for entertainment purposes
- Generate AI-synthesized voice clips using text input
- Store and share generated audio clips
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All voice clips created by MimixMe are AI-generated and synthesized. They are not actual recordings of real people. The quality and accuracy of voice cloning varies and is provided "as-is" for entertainment purposes.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
You may use MimixMe for:
- Personal entertainment and comedy content
- Creating funny voice clips for friends and family
- Social media content creation (with proper disclosure)
- Parody and satire (within legal bounds)
Prohibited Uses
You MAY NOT use MimixMe for:
- Fraud or Deception: Impersonating others to deceive, defraud, or cause harm
- Non-Consensual Impersonation: Creating voice clips of people without permission for harmful purposes
- Harassment or Bullying: Creating content to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals
- Illegal Activities: Any use that violates local, state, federal, or international law
- Political Manipulation: Creating misleading political content or deepfakes
- Commercial Impersonation: Impersonating celebrities, public figures, or brands for profit
- Defamation: Creating content that damages someone's reputation
- Identity Theft: Using someone's voice to access accounts or services
- Scams: Phone scams, voice phishing, or financial fraud
- Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Creating adult or intimate content without consent
- Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred
Consent Requirements
You must:
- Obtain consent before creating a voice profile of another person
- Clearly disclose that content is AI-generated when sharing publicly
- Respect intellectual property rights and publicity rights
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
4. User Responsibilities
You Are Responsible For:
- Content You Create: All generated voice clips and how they are used
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
- Obtaining Consent: Getting permission before cloning voices
- Disclosure: Informing others that content is AI-generated
- Your Device: Maintaining security of your device and data
Zero Tolerance for Misuse
We have zero tolerance for misuse of this technology. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the App and potential reporting to law enforcement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
- MimixMe and all related technology are owned by BoykinGameDev
- The App interface, design, and code are protected by copyright
- Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Your Content
- You retain ownership of voice recordings you provide
- You retain rights to generated voice clips created using the App
- By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your audio for AI generation only
- We do not claim ownership of your voice data or generated content
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Free Trial
- New users receive 3 free voice generations
- Free clips limited to 12 seconds duration
- Free trial cannot be reset or restarted
Premium Subscription
Premium subscription options:
- Monthly: $6.99 per month (auto-renewing)
- Annual: $45.00 per year (auto-renewing, save 46%)
Premium Benefits
- Unlimited voice generations
- 30-second clip duration (vs 12 seconds)
- Priority processing
- Premium support
Billing
- All subscriptions managed through Apple App Store
- Payment processed via your Apple ID
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
- No refunds for partial periods
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No pro-rated refunds
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service "As-Is"
MimixMe is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or quality of voice cloning
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
- Availability of the service
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
- We are not responsible for how you use generated content
- We are not liable for third-party actions based on content you create
- Total liability limited to amount paid for the service (if any)
No Liability for Misuse
We are not responsible for:
- Illegal or prohibited uses of the App
- Content created by users in violation of these Terms
- Harm caused by misuse of voice cloning technology
- Legal consequences from your use of the App
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoykinGameDev, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any law or rights of third parties
- Content you create using the App
- Your violation of consent or privacy rights
9. Termination
We May Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MimixMe at any time, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abusive or harmful behavior
- Any reason at our sole discretion
You May Terminate
- Uninstall the App at any time
- Cancel subscription through iOS Settings
- Contact us to delete your account data
Effect of Termination
- All licenses granted to you terminate immediately
- You must cease all use of the App
- Local data remains on your device until deleted
- No refunds for terminated accounts
10. AI Technology Limitations
Technology Disclaimer
Voice cloning AI is an evolving technology with limitations:
- Results vary based on audio quality and voice characteristics
- Not all voices clone equally well
- Generated audio may contain artifacts or imperfections
- Long-form content may have inconsistencies
- Certain languages and accents may perform differently
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Perfect voice replication
- Specific quality levels
- Compatibility with all voices or languages
- Consistent results across generations
11. Privacy and Data Processing
Your use of MimixMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
- What data we collect and process
- How voice data is handled and protected
- Your privacy rights and choices
- Data retention and deletion
12. Third-Party Services
MimixMe integrates with third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For subscriptions and payments
- Google Cloud: For AI processing infrastructure
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Geographic Restrictions
MimixMe may not be available in all countries or regions. Some jurisdictions have specific laws regarding AI voice cloning. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Displaying an in-app notification
- Requiring acceptance for continued use
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law

Arbitration
